For rent a 1 bedroom fully furnished guest cottage. A retreat located in the private and quiet
vineyard countryside, behind the main house. It is just south of the city of Deming, NM which
boasts their rich history and is known as "An Oasis in the Desert".
This simple approximately, 900 square foot one bedroom Adobe cottage includes a basic kitchen,
living room and bath with shower. It is FULLY FURNISHED AND UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED
(gas,electric and water)!
This is an affordable private country setting - restricted for 1 or 2 adults.
Furnishings include: dishes, silverware, pots and pans, double bed with linen, towels, TV,(you
would be responsible for TV set up/satilitte) washing machine, coffee pot, microwave, frig,
stove/oven, evaporative cooler, kitchen table and chairs, Desk, couch, recliner, coffee table and
more! Several improvements have been made in September 2011. Please note: At this time
there is no clothes dryer or dishwasher.
This simple, adobe cottage at one time was where the care taker of the vineyard resided. The
grapes that are grown here are exported to several places around the world not to exclude being
processed by the local New Mexico wineries.

Rent for 3 months or more is $595 a month and a $595 deposit. If the adobe cottage is left as it was when
you arrived $495 will be returned. The $100 will be kept to pay my caretaker for closing up the cottage and for tidying up.
Rent for 2 months is $695 a month. The deposit is $695. If the adobe cottage is left as it was when you
arrived $595 will be returned. The $100 will be kept to pay my caretaker for closing up the cottage and for tidying up.
To rent for just 1 month it is $795 Plus $795 deposit. If the adobe cottage is left as it was when you arrived
$695 will be returned. The $100 will be kept to pay my caretaker for closing up the cottage and for tidying up.
